Equestrian Portrait Policy & Procedures:

Quality Equine Portraiture at Prices you can’t Beat!

 Whether you have one or more horses you can Save!

Personal Equine Portrait Package (valued at $350.00) with Brian at your farm/home or stable.  Each session includes up to an hour and half of photography, materials, travel fees (within 50 mile radius) a set of paper proof reference sheets and posting of images on our site for 30 days - all for $175.00.

Save 20% on reprints, enlargements and photo gifts if you place your order within 20 days after your proofs have been placed online.

 Terms & Conditions

ü       Once a session has been scheduled please contact us within 24 hours if you need to reschedule for some unforeseen reason.  If the weather is uncooperative on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date if necessary.

ü       A mileage fee may apply for distances over 50 miles.

ü       Your online proofs will be available for viewing within 2 weeks after your session.  Reference sheets will be mailed directly to you.

ü       Your $175.00 session fee is due at the time of the portrait session.

ü       Unless otherwise arranged, payment in full is required when your reprints, enlargements or photo gifts orders are placed.

ü       Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing on all prints, enlargements and photos gifts.

ü       After 180 days (6 months) only the images that are ordered will be archived for future reprints.

ü       There will be a $50.00 charge for re-instatement of images online after the 30 day upload has expired.

ü       Brian Wilcox owns the copyright to images created and has the exclusive rights to make reprints.  Prints will be made for the client or for Brian’s portfolio, self-promotion, entry in photography contest, art exhibitions, editorial use, trade, advertising, display and any other lawful use.

ü       The price list is adjusted periodically and print orders will be charged at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.  All orders are delivered following payment in full.

ü       Extra charges shall be billed if and when incurred at the request of the client.  Such charges include but are not entirely limited to rush service, travel, additional session time, and extra Photoshop procedures.

ü       All finished portraits include color corrections/removal of stray hairs/and minor imperfections.  For extensive work please call for a quote.

 Tips for a successful portrait

ü       Clothing – decide ahead of time whether you want casual or formal attire.  If portraits are to include family members be sure to coordinate.  Identical outfits are not needed – just arrange clothes that compliment one another.

ü       Horse/Tack – have your horse groomed and tack cleaned prior to my arrival.

ü       Location – this is your choice barn/stable/home – I only need directions.

Q.  Would you travel outside of your area/state for a portrait session?

Sure.  I enjoy traveling almost as much as photography.  Just email me for a quote. – It’s often less that people expect. (P.S.)  I’m available for travel at my own expense for those who can arrange five sessions or more within their area)
